NEW program coming this Fall-Body Vive!

Body Vive is the low-impact group fitness workout that lets you choose just how hard you work. Using the Vive balls, tubes and optional hand weights you’re talked step by step through the entire class by a skilled instructor, all while listening to uplifting and inspiring music. Best of all, you finish feeling thoroughly rejuvenated-and fizzing with energy.

Get your sneak peak of Body Vive Monday, August 11th. We will be holding three chances for you to learn more about Body Vive and try out this new class: 8:30-10am, 12-1pm and 5:30-7pm. Just sign-up for your preview time at the front desk. More information to the right of this page!

Group Exercise Class Descriptions

Group Cycling
Using stationary bikes, an instructor coaches you through a high energy, calorie and fat burning session. The coach’s commands and the pounding beat of the music while cycling side by side with others builds energy and provides motivation. This class can accommodate beginning, intermediate and advanced levels of fitness because you control the bike’s resistance. Everyone should bring a water bottle to every class. Class is limited in size, you may reserve your bike up to one day in advance at the front desk or call (402)371-9770.

Sunday Cycling
Offered January-March we will be offering a 1 1/2 hour cycling class for those that want that extra boost to finish out the weekend. You must sign up for at least the 1st 45 minutes to do the class. Bring two water bottles with you! The last day for Sunday cycling will be March 30th.

BodyPump
BodyPump is for everybody. Welcome to the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight get you the results you came for and fast! Classes are limited in size, so please arrive early!

BodyPump Express
Same great BodyPump class, only 45 minutes length. Perfect workout for your lunch hour!

BodyPump Technique Class
Come and learn the moves before you try a class or come to perfect your technique. All technique classes are 30 minutes in length. A technique class is recommended, but not required. Technique classes will be held times TBA. Can’t make it to a scheduled technique class? Arrive early to your first BodyPump class and your instructor will get you ready or give us a call to set one up!

Hip Hop Hustle
This is an easy to follow, cardio dance class that takes the fun factor up a notch with super hot moves and slamin’ music that will leave you wanting more! No dance experience necessary, just come ready to have fun.

TurboTone
You get 30 minutes of an awesome TurboKick workout (see description below) and 30 minutes of toning all in one great class

TurboKick
The evolution of kick boxing is here! TurboKick is an addictive workout that combines shadow boxing, kick boxing, sport drills and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere. This is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to participate and custom tailor their workout. Get ready to kick, punch and groove the calories away. Seen on TV as Turbo Jam!

Pilates
Pilates is designed to give you a leaner, stronger, more flexible body. Create flat abdominals, slender thighs and a strong back. There’s no slowing down. Join us for a refreshing mind-body workout.

SilverSneakers I – Muscular Strength and Range of Movement
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity of daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are all offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

SilverSneakers II – Cardio Circuit
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hands held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

20/20/20
This class is simple and effective. Includes 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of toning and 20 minutes of abs.

Family Fitness
This circuit style workout is designed to give parents and children 8 and older time to be active together. You may join any time, please register before attending as space is limited.

Fitness 4 Kids
This is a fun after school fitness class for children 8-14 and includes a fun workout and an educational component. You may join any time, please register before attending as space is limited.

Teen Fitness
This is a fitness class designed just for teens. This class gives them information on how to live a healthy life style through different fitness activities, snack picking, and ways to avoid temptation of bad foods and video games. So get your teen up, moving and eating right! Please register in advance.

PiYo
This is an athletic fusion style strength and flexibility mat class. It is the perfect combination of Pilates, Yoga and much more. It joins athletic moves in a fluid, challenging workout for everyone. Improve your strength, flexibility and balance in this unique workout.
