Boot Camp is the class to take your performance to the next level. The class is high cardio and max fat burn!
When is boot camp?
We will meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7pm-now beginning September 9th and will continue for 6 weeks. Please note, this class was to originally begin on August 25th, but we have pushed back the start date so you have have more time to register!
How much is it and what is included?
The cost is $50 for current YMCA members and $65 for non-members. Everyone will receive pre and post fitness testing including weight, BMI, measurements and body fat testing. All participants get an official boot camp shirt.
What is boot camp like?
This is an intense training program designed to get you results! Be prepared to workout outside, rain or shine. You should wear cool, comfortable clothing, proper foot wear and bring a water bottle and headphones if you want to listen to music as you are doing your cardio.
How do I register?
The class is limited to the first 20 participants and registration is now open. You can register on the YMCA website under Registration/Web Registration. You can stop by and register in person or call us at 402-371-9770 to get signed up-HURRY, classes fill up fast! Pre-registration is required and a minimum of 10 participants are needed to hold the class.
