When will Extreme Boot Camp be held in 2010?

We will offer two sessions of Extreme Boot Camp. You can register for Mondays/Wednesdays at 5:45am OR Tuesdays/Thursdays at 7:45pm. Bonus workouts will be offered on Saturdays at 11:45am-IF enough participants commit to attending.

How much is it and what is included?

The first session begins January 4th and runs 8 weeks and the cost is $40 for members and $80 for non-members. The second session begins March 1st and also runs 8 weeks. Everyone will receive pre and post fitness testing including weight, BMI, measurements and body fat testing. All participants get an official boot camp shirt…and the pride of completing Extreme Boot Camp. Plus-returning Boot Camp participants receive a discount! What is boot camp like?

This is an intense training program designed to get you results! Be prepared to workout hard. You’ll experience a variety of challenging moves that will strengthen and tone your entire body. If you commit, we’ll help you succeed.

How do I register?

The class is limited to the first 15-20 participants depending on the sessiona and registration for the 2010 session will begin on Saturday, December 5th. You can register on the YMCA website under Registration/Web Registration. You can stop by and register in person or call us at 402-371-9770 to get signed up-HURRY, classes fill up fast!
