Placement Nights Ages 3 years & Up
We are excited! Our swimming lesson program has undergone many changes and we want to ensure that your child is placed in the appropriate level so they are guaranteed the highest quality of swimming lessons that we have to offer. All children who will be participating in YMCA swimming lessons will be required to attend one placement night to get them started in the correct lesson. Only one placement night is necessary. Once placement night is completed, payment will be applied to the first lesson. This 10 minute evaluation will let us know exactly what class your child should be in. At the completion of each session, your child will receive a skills review with information of what level to sign up for next. Registration must be done at the welcome center to hold your time slot on the day chosen below. We have many children to fit into our placement nights so attendance is mandatory; once completed payment will be applied to your first session. If you do not show up, for your placement night, payment will not be refunded or applied to the first session. Please be understanding of our needs of getting all children in the correct lesson.

Parent Child Enrichment Ages 6 months—3 years
This class helps children explore and adjust to a water environment with their parents. The benefits go beyond providing children with a fun, healthy activity it promotes a love and respect for the water. It’s a great educational experience and a great way to spend quality time together! Your child will work on the following skills: kicking, arm motions, blowing bubbles, going under water, splashing, and floating. Fee: $20/$40

Preschool Water Enrichment Ages 3-5*
This class is conveniently provided after each of the preschool classes the Y offers. This gives young children about ages 3-5 a positive, developmentally appropriate aquatic learning experience that emphasizes water safety and survival concepts. Skills are age-appropriate, helping participants achieve success on a regular basis while in a class environment with their peers. Do not have to be enrolled in preschool to participate. Fee: $20/$40

Private Swimming Lessons All Ages
Private swimming lessons are done 1 on 1 with a certified instructor. Days and times are scheduled according to what works best for you and your schedule! Lessons are 30 minutes in length. Register on-line or at the welcome center. Must pay for one lesson before time is scheduled, any missed lessons without 2 hours prior notification will count as a lesson and will not be refunded.

Y Splash Program All Ages
This course is meant to teach water safety, swimming skills, rescue skills, and character development. It’s also meant to be fun! You will learn all about pool safety, backyard pools, boating safety, beach safety, as well as water park and diving safety. Use this program as an educational course for the entire family! Sign up for 2 winter sessions of swimming lessons and the program is free to participants and their families. Family Fee: $30/$60

Diving Lessons* Ages 7 & Up
Learn the fundamentals of diving with a USA Diving Certified Instructor! You will learn the 5 basic categories of dives that are used in diving competitions today. Participants will know how to safely and effectively execute each of these dives and will progress at their own levels. Fee: $25/$50
