Family Fun Night!
February, 3rd, 6:00-8:00 pm
February Family Fun Night will feature fun and games for the ENTIRE family. Join in for the entire night or stop in at your convenience to participate in all the activities. The first ten families to finish the scavenger hunt will receive a $20 HyVee gift card and at the end of the night the family with the most points (accumulated throughout the night by placing top 4 in events) will be given movie passes and a family pizza party! NEN BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT Boys & Girls Grades 4-8th
- ONE-Day Tournament, February 11th or 12th * 3 Games Guaranteed! * Only ONE Admission Fee! * No Overnight Hotel Costs! * Only ONE Trip To Norfolk! * All Games Played at the Top Facilities in Norfolk! *Cost: $100 per team!
GENERAL INFORMATION
Dates: Feb. 11 & 12, 2012. It is a 1-day tournament. You will be contacted to know which date your tournament will take place on.
Divisions: Girls and Boys, Grades 4th-8th
Brackets: Brackets will be determined by the number of entries and skill levels. All teams will be guaranteed 3 games. Game schedules will be available on our website, www.norfolkymca.org one week prior to tournament.
Players: Players must compete in their grade classification. Younger players may play in an older division; however, older players may not play in a younger division. Players may only play on one team.
Entry Fees: $100 per team. If paying by check, we ask that you have 1 check payable to the YMCA. There will be an additional $25 late fee if entry is received after the deadline.
Deadline: January 23rd, 2012
Admission: $5.00 Adult (16 & older) $3.00 Youth (ages 6-15) FREE For Youth Ages 5 & under These passes are good for 1 day to all sites. Coaches & Players will be given admission passes for all games. LIMIT 2 coaches per team. Passes must be shown to enter each time.
Officials & Score: Two experienced officials and 1 scorekeeper will be provided; teams in top bracket or team listed first in round robin format will be required to provide volunteer scorekeeper for additional help.
