Archery

Archery Lessons - For youth ages 8 and up

Archery has many benefits including increasing upper body strength and endurance, improving mental focus, patience, balance, and hand-eye coordination. Archery is an individual sport, and it is a great way to keep kids active outside of team sports.

Participants will be taught the basics of shooting form and proper archery skills. If they are currently shooting, they will be evaluated and advanced in form and technique. Equipment will be provided.
