Active Older Adults
We’ve made the health and fitness of our seniors a top priority by providing programs for the spirit, mind, and body. Through group exercise classes and aquatic programs that concentrate on mobility and flexibility, dance classes, social events, and volunteer activities, the YMCA is bringing active older adult members together for camaraderie, fellowship, and fun. Most programs are free for Y members.

30-45 minute sessions
It is important that all members feel safe and comfortable while utilizing the equipment and services in our facility. An Equipment Orientation can help you begin your wellness journey by offering you a step-by-step guide on how to use the equipment on the Wellness Floor. YMCA Personal Trainers are available to answer your questions and help you determine correct weight and resistance on the machines. This service is FREE for all members.
Youth Fitness Training Program
Youth Fitness Training Program for Ages 12-14
Perfect for the young athlete wanting to improve their performance or an youth starting out with fitness. All classes are led by a Personal Trainer.
The Pilates principles coupled with proper instruction encourage participants to strengthen muscles and decrease body fat all while maintaining the natural curves of the spine. Don’t let chronic pain prevent you from reaching your fitness goals. By nature Pilates is low impact, which keeps the knees, hips, and back from experiencing the jarring forces that come from running and jumping.
