Youth Fitness Training Program for Ages 12-14
Perfect for the young athlete wanting to improve their performance or an youth starting out with fitness. All classes are led by a Personal Trainer.

- How to Safely use each Machine on the Wellness Floor
- Develop Workouts to Fit Individual Goals
Participants will be tested each week on skills and techniques with a final test which will determine if they receive access to the Wellness Floor.
*One Parent or Guardian is required to attend the first class. Rules and expectations of the Wellness Floor will be reviewed at this time.
