Athletes will learn the basics of tennis while competing in fun games throughout the camp.

Camp will take place at Norfolk's Elm Ave. Tennis Courts (across from Norfolk Sr. High on the corner of 4th St. and Elm St.) if inclement weather occurs, camp will be held at YMCA Tennis Center. A text would be sent to participants ahead of camp.

Tennis Attire: Tennis shoes, water bottle, no jewelry (if possible, bring own racket as equipment is limited)

Rick Squiers All-American Volleyball Camp

June 8-9

Grades 4-12 (Entering Fall '26)

Camp Fees: $150 w/o lunch, $165 w/ lunch

Rick Squiers has 36 years of head volleyball coaching experience including 34 at the collegiate level. With an overall record of 1125-208 he is among the winningest coaches of all time. 

Squiers has spent the last 27 seasons with the University of Nebraska Kearney guiding the Lopers to a mark of 818-116. His teams have qualified for the NCAA tournament 26 seasons while capturing 18 conference titles and reaching the national championship match twice. He has coached 50 All-American selections including TWO National Players of the Year.

Mike Trader's Mid-America Basketball Camp

June 15-17, 8:30am-4:00pm

Boys & Girls, Ages 7-18

Price: $165 without Meal, $180 with Meal

Day 1 Check-In: 8:00-9:30am

The Awards Ceremony will begin at 3:30pm on the last day of camp and camp will end at 4:00pm.

The aims of the Mike Trader’s Mid-America Basketball School will be to teach and develop individual skills and to have fun. The daily schedule will include league games and contests. Players will be divided into separate leagues according to age. Fundamentals will be stressed. Individual drills and training techniques to develop strength, endurance, quickness and jumping ability will be taught. Each camper will be analyzed with the assistance of individual video and attention given to individual technique/correction. Lectures, demonstrations and competition will be according to age level and ability so each camper will have an opportunity to excel.

FOOTBALL CAMP

Grades 3-8 (Entering Fall '26)

Athletes will focus on the fundamentals of football and compete in 7-on-7 games while falling in love with the sport. Camp will take place in the Field House.

Football Camp Attire: Tennis Shoes or non-metal cleats, no jewelry.
