These courses offer up-to-date information on how to lifeguard by anticipating and preventing problems before they occur and by taking action to help those in danger when necessary.
2024 LIFEGUARD - FULL COURSE
This course is for people who are getting their lifeguarding certificate for the first time. This course will consist of online prerequisite, classroom, and pool time for CPR/AED/First Aid & Lifeguard rescuing skills.
Pre-Screening Requirements (done the first night of training): Must be 15 years old, complete a 300-yard continuous swim using the front crawl or breaststroke, tread water for 2 minutes using only legs, and a timed event for 1 minute and 40 seconds, consisting of a surface dive, swimming 20 yards, retrieving a 10-pound brick, return swim 20 yards and exit the pool.

This course is for people who are getting their lifeguarding re-certification. This course will be classroom and pool time for CPR/AED/First Aid & Lifeguard rescuing skills. Classes are 8:00am-6:00pm.

This course is for people who are getting their re-certification for CPR/AED/First Aid for Lifeguard. This course will be classroom time. Classes are 5:00-6:30 pm.
