We begin with our TAI CHI Warm-Up, using the breath to gently warm the body and bring focus inward. From there, we move into our YOGA Warm-Up, continuing to connect with the body through breath as we mobilize and prepare for the practice ahead.
The SUN SALUTATIONS track offers a super-simple flow, allowing participants to follow with ease and move more freely in their bodies. In STANDING STRENGTH, alignment and strength are clearly coached, supporting confidence as we grow and expand from the inside out.
During the BALANCE track, we focus on a steady eye gaze to build concentration, paired with smooth, continuous breath to move with grace. The CORE–ABDOMINALS track is short and intense, emphasizing pelvic stability, breath, and control.
In CORE–BACK, participants are offered choice, creating an experience that strengthens and lengthens the postural muscles through familiar, supportive poses. With HIP OPENERS, we find autonomy and acceptance within each shape.
We then surrender into our TWISTS, focusing on three simple poses that invite release and renewal. In FORWARD BENDS/HAMSTRINGS, participants are gently coached to let go of effort and move into acceptance.
We close this beautiful release with MEDITATION/RELAXATION, grounding the practice with a calming breathing experience.
