We open with a fabulous Warm-up, activating every major muscle group and instantly creating a sense of joy, energy, and connection in the room. From there, we move into Squats set to a gigantic Drum ’n’ Bass track from legends Pendulum. The tempos are slow, intentional, and controlled—more time under tension, faster and more noticeable results.

The Chest track is gnarly: slow, heavy, and unapologetically challenging, maximizing muscular engagement. For the Back track, it’s time to stack the weight—this track is huge, delivering powerful strength and endurance gains.

In the second half, we bring the fun (and the burn) with Tricep Plate Extensions—yes, they sting—set to an energizing track featuring pop queen Chappell Roan. The Biceps trackstays laser-focused on time under tension, while Lunges remain steady and controlled, building lower-body strength and stability. We finish strong with Shoulders, hitting all the basics to complete a balanced, full-body workout.
