Our first working track COMBAT 1 we will fight like an animal using multi-directional strikes and defensive movements to train our entire body. POWER TRAINING TRACK 1 has 3 rounds of HIGH ENERGY boxing training – the big focus in this track is finding depth and power in the Body Hook. COMBAT 2 is a progressive blend of upper-body and lower-body strikes including the return of the Axe Kick! POWER TRAINING TRACK 2 is MMA inspired with various options to tailor the workout to YOU! COMBAT 3 – Leg Conditioning that will make those legs sizzle like the heat of summer. MUAY THAI we “Turn up the BASS” with massive knees, punches, and elbows. POWER TRAINING 3 we bring the energy and enjoy this final Power Training track immersing ourselves in the moment and leaving the Studio a better stronger version of ourselves than when we walked in.
