Uplifting Drum ‘n’ Bass brings the Squats track to life; the simple combination creates heat and strength. In the Chest track, Pushups working against gravity engage more muscle fibers. Smack Talk aside; a simple Back training track hits the third of our big muscle groups. Great muscle feels in the Triceps track. It’s OK, I’m OK before the fun of HOT TO GO; Rainbow Curls are the highlight, bicep isolation. Retro for the Lunges track, an old-fashioned burn. In the Shoulders track, the Corner Press and Cobras are the highlight. We finish with Shoot Outs, Weighted Hip Bridges, Knee Drops, and Hovers!
