Parties & Rentals

Make your Birthday Party a blast…with the YMCA! 

Birthday Party prices are for 10 children and 4 adults (including the birthday child); $3 for each additional guest.

Birthday Party Packages

All parties include 2 hours in length and includes a hour activity and room rental. 

  • Splash Party - All Ages

    • Includes 1 hour of swimming, (Lifeguard on duty) Fee: $85/$120

  • Gym Mania Party - All Ages

    • Includes 1 hour of 3 to 5 activities listed below. Fee: $85/$120

    • Parachute, Hockey, Scooters, Basketball, Hula Hoops

  • Field House Mania - All Ages

    • Includes 1 hour of games in the field house. Fee: $85/$120

    • Football, Soccer, Dodgeball, Kickball, Parachute 

  • Gymnastics Party - Ages 5+

    • Host is included for entire Gymnastics Party

    • Includes 1 ½ hours of gymnastics fun and activities and 30 minutes for cake and opening gifts.

    • Gymnastics parties are held at our Gymnastics Facility (located at 127 N 1st St.). Fee: $125/$160

    • **Max of 10 guests**

Parents must sign a YMCA waiver at drop off.

Booking Policy: Parties must be confirmed with Party Coordinator before guaranteed; for best availability book your party 2 weeks in advance. Party will be confirmed within 2 to 3 business days, party must be paid for at time of confirmation. Parties may be requested at any time, but some parties may not be able to be confirmed over 1 month in advance.

Cancellation Policy: Any party not cancelled with 24 hour notice will be non-refundable.

Note: Child must be a member at the time of registration and on the day of the party to receive the member rate.

Facility Rentals

At the Norfolk Family YMCA, we have the facility to provide you with the space you need for a successful sports practice, small gathering, or event.

Pricing chart:

  • Gyms: Full gym- $60/hr, One court- $30/hr
  • Field House: $30/field/hr
  • Batting Cages: $20/hr
  • Pool: $100/hr
  • Room 3, 4, or Game Room: $25/hr
  • Community Room (Located at Gymnastics Center): $125/day
    • Holds up to 50 people comfortably with tables and chairs provided
